Exchange and Refund Policy
Our exchange and refunds policy is governed by Australian Consumer Laws.
Please note that although we are not required by law to provide a refund or exchange if you change your mind, at Abbellire Vita, we greatly value our customers and their shopping experience. As such, exchanges and credit notes will be gladly offered if you have changed your mind and you notify us within 7 days of purchase.
If you seek a return for credit note or exchange, please contact Abbellire Vita at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt of purchase. Item must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. Any postage and delivery costs, including customs duty and taxes, must be borne by the customer. The value of any refund or the credit note excludes the cost of postage and delivery. All credit notes are valid for 12 months.
All items must be returned in their original, saleable, unworn condition, with tags attached and in the original packaging. Items will not be exchanged if they have been worn or show signs of wear. If items are received for exchange or refund and we deem them to be damaged, not in their original saleable condition or show signs of wear, we will not honour a refund or exchange and the customer will be responsible for the cost of postage and delivery of the return of the items. When purchasing our items, you agree that Abbellire Vita has absolute and final determination over whether an item is of saleable quality or not.
All Abbellire Vita items are checked for quality before they leave the store. Under Australian Consumer Law, customers have the right to expect a product is of ‘acceptable quality’ including that the items are safe, durable and free from major defects. Please note that ordinary wear and tear may occur through normal use of the product and is not considered a fault. Any mishandling of the product will not be considered a fault. If you have any questions regarding the care of your item, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Where you believe you have been delivered an item that appears to be damaged or has a material fault, Abbellire Vita will happily exchange or refund the item. In determining whether the item is faulty, we will look at a number of factors including the type of item, whether the item exhibits signs of wear or mishandling, and whether it is fit for purpose, and we will compare these factors with our experience in the industry. In order to assist our assessment, we may request photographs.
Please note that if the defect is deemed to be minor, we may decide to fix, re-supply, exchange or refund the purchase. However, if the defect is major or we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, you are entitled to request a full refund for the purchase.

You agree that, when returning products for any exchange or refund purpose, you will use proper packaging and registered postage services as we will not assume responsibility for any packages that are lost, stolen or damaged.
